Full Job Description

The salary range is $18-$35/hr

Wages dependent on relevant experience, work ethic, and reliability.

Qualifications

General construction background is preferred, but not required. We will provide all applicable training.

This position requires the following:

• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
• Ability to climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to spend working hours in unfinished attic, basement, and crawlspaces

This job position includes but is not limited to:

• Blowing cellulose insulation in attics
• Using canned single part spray foam
• Installing vapor barriers in crawl spaces
• Insulating homes from the outside while sometimes working on ladders
• Loading and unloading inventory and materials
• 8 hour shift
